Interviews can sometimes be overwhelming. It's perfectly fine and human to be stressed about upcoming interviews and at Eurofins IT Solutions India, we take every possible step to ensure that you have a comfortable experience with us, right from the start! Hiring during COVID-19

Hiring remained largely unaffected during the COVID-19 pandemic at Eurofins IT Solutions India. We moved to a completely virtual mode of hiring and have been remotely onboarding our recent hires since 2020.

We have started welcoming back our colleagues at our offices in the hybrid model of working from April 2022. The CoCreate Model at EITSI enables teams to plan their own hybrid schedule. Our complementary transportation and lunch services have been resumed as well.

Tips for your interviews at EITSI.

Your best approach is to be unapologetically YOU! In all interviews at EITSI, we not only assess your technical skills, but also the aspects which make you unique. Be yourself and the rest will be easy.

We recommend using the STAR method for answering your questions while effectively demonstrating your people skills, leadership and working style. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action and Result. Using this method will help you prepare crisp and clear responses with real-life examples. You are also encouraged to ask a lot of questions to know more about the role and if you see yourself fit in the culture.
