Sample submission

Under RT-PCR service we provide:

1. Isolation and purification of RNA from sample/ tissue
2. Quantification of RNA on denatured gel as well as Nano-drop
3. RNA to cDNA conversation
4. Gene specific primers/ probe synthesis
5. Primer efficiency calculation
6. Housekeeping gene synthesis (depending upon the type of sample)
7. Relative quantification (by using data from triplicate reaction) or absolute quantification.

• Isolated pure DNA/RNA
• Pure bacterial culture on slants/plate/broth, tissue (Plant/animal/insect)
• Gene information in FASTA format

Deliverable
