Metallography Training

Spectro offers an opportunity to obtain a remarkable experience on Fundamentals of Metallography. The training program organized by us provides every individual a full knowledge which is very important to conduct any test method independently.
The training is fruitful for the Engineers who are in the areas of manufacturing, quality and vendor development disciplines in automobiles, metal processing and defense industries.

Aim of the Program:

The training stress upon providing practical and theoretical knowledge about the physical tests which are conducted to check certain qualities like 0.2% Proof-Stress, Charpy Impact, Bend, Hardness, Flatness and Tensile strength. Micro-Examination and Macro-Etch testing which are practiced to prepare various specimens for carrying out physical tests like checking Impact, Tensile strength, etc. are being explained in detail. We arrange special training programs for ASNT level I and II. Training on Chemical Analysis by Wet Method is organized distinctly for the chemists. Additional courses for Non Destructive Testing and Hydraulic Pressure Testing are also available.

Minimum Eligibility Required The trainee must hold a Diploma or Graduation Degree in Science field or must be pursuing the same.
